I’m Sohee, a photographer based in Berlin. I spend my time capturing the beauty of human connections and stories—from intimate weddings and emotional portraits to creative fashion editorials and vibrant events. Living and working in this dynamic city has deeply shaped the way I see things. People completely lost in the moment, the laughter shared between loved ones, and the raw energy of live spaces naturally became the heart of my work.
I love photographs that feel warm, bright, and instantly inviting. I’m not interested in making everything look overly planned or forced. The best images usually happen in the honest spaces between comfort, emotion, movement, and genuine chemistry. Whether I’m documenting a couple’s special day, shooting backstage, or creating in a portrait session, I’m always looking for those fleeting moments that feel impossible to fake.
What I Believe
The best images exist in the space between direction and naturalness — in movement, natural light, and moments that last only for a second. Sometimes, the strongest images come from unexpected moments and unplanned situations.
I’m drawn to people with presence. Artists just before they step on stage, quiet tension in a crowded room, or portraits where a single expression already says enough. That’s the kind of energy I naturally look for in my work. Whether I’m photographing concerts or portraits, my goal is to create images that feel honest, emotional, and hard to forget.
